In partnership with Mastercard, Grab launches the new GrabPay Card – a numberless physical card. It offers users first-rate security when transacting. It is available to over 53 million merchants that accept Mastercard cards.
According to Mastercard, a user can take control of the card through the Grab app wherein they can view all their transactions when using the card. A user can also receive points whenever they purchase using the GrabPay Card.
“The GrabPay Card is a culmination of Grab’s ongoing partnership with Mastercard that aims to bring financial inclusion to the millions of underbanked and unbanked in Southeast Asia. The GrabPay digital and physical card vastly expands Grab’s offline and online merchant ecosystem, allowing users, regardless of whether they have bank account, to transact securely and easily online or offline, at nearly 53 million merchants worldwide that accept Mastercard cards,” Mastercard stated.

More Rewards – Grab users can now acquire reward points when using GarbPay Card every time they purchase.
More ways to Earn – GrabPay Card users can make a purchase at Mastercard’s 53 million merchants.
More Ways to Pay – Users can now add their GrabPay Card to their Samsung Pay wallet, offering another level of convenience to users.
E-commerce protection – Users can use the GrabPay Card for purchasing.
