COVID-19 surpasses 1 Million confirmed cases Worldwide

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) hits the 1 million mark confirmed cases all over the globe.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been spreading rapidly worldwide. On Thursday, 2 April 2020, the world reached a grim milestone, listing more than 1 million confirmed cases of the virus. Though the World Health Organization ended the hoax about the COVID-19 airborne precautions, the virus continuously escalates.

According to tracking by Johns Hopkins University, COVID-19 has already surpassed the 1 million mark of confirmed cases, including more than 50,000 deaths and 200,000+ recovered patients.

The United States has tallied the most cases of COVID-19 while Italy has the most number of death tolls.
