LG Electronics Inc., the two letter company, always surprises its users with its new products, features, and even its mobile appearances. Recently, the South Korean multinational electronics company introduced its LG V50 ThinQ 5G.
The LG V50 ThinQ 5G is the company’s answer to the foldable phone craze, following Samsung’s Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X. LG V50 is not the ‘foldable’ type of mobile phone, but it does have another screen that works independently. LG offers a detachable screen on their LG V50.
LG V50 is said to be an upgrade of V40 with a 5G chip in it that benefit to the consumer. It has 6.4 inch 3120x1440px OLED FullVision display, however, the screen accessory is slightly smaller having a 6.2-inch diagonal measurement. It has Snapdragon 855 SoC, 6GB of Ram, 128 GB storage, 3 rear cameras, 2 front cameras, and a 4000mAh battery. It also has a dedicated slot for microSD that adds up to 512 GB of memory and is uses Android 9.0 (Pie) OS.
The detachable screen may also be used for multitasking features. It can b used as a controller for mobile games.
LG did not set release dates or price of their newest flagship.
