New Aerospace COO of Bombardier Named

Yesterday, August 23, Bombardier, one of the leading manufacturers in terms of planes and trains has recently appointed Danny Di Perna, former global sourcing Vice President at GE Power, as its new COO, Aerospace.

Danny Di Perna is set to begin his new role on September 15 where he will be reporting directly to Bombardier’s CEO and President, Alain Bellemare.

In a statement by Bellemare, he said that the main responsibility of Di Perna focuses on aerospace engineering, procurement, and transformation functions and along with him is the senior leadership team that will help him execute all that was stated.

Based on Danny’s past role as the Vice President of GE Power, he had been long exposed to procurement and strategic sourcing, which in turn can benefit him on his new career path. With his wide range of knowledge, expertise, and experience in this field, the company believed that he will become a great contribution to their team.

In hopes to give their customers the best kind of service that exists in this kind of field, they are strengthening their team for a better result. And with this new addition to Bombardier, It will help them give their customers better quality and higher performing products.
